Which social media platforms do you manage?
We'll recommend the platforms that make sense for your business rather than assuming you need to be everywhere. Social Basic covers up to 2 platforms, Social Pro up to 4, and Social Grow and Social Premium up to 6.
Do you create video and reels?
We can create additional video and short-form content. What is included depends on the package selected, and additional content production can be quoted separately.
Do you run Facebook and Instagram ads?
Paid social campaigns can be provided separately. Advertising spend and campaign management are not automatically included within standard organic social media management unless specifically stated — Social Premium includes a Facebook Ad Boost.
